Psychiatrist

At IBHM, we use Integrative Medicine principles to treat and improve a person's physical and behavioral health. We also highlight health-care technology to add value to provider-patient interactions.

Founded by a Stanford-trained psychiatrist, we are expanding to include more clinics and professionals to join our team.

Therapist - LMFT / PsyD

We are seeking a licensed therapist to provide counseling services to individuals, couples, families, and groups. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping people overcome mental health challenges and will have experience working with a diverse population. The therapist will work in a Group practice setting and be responsible for developing treatment plans, conducting therapy sessions, and documenting progress.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct initial assessments to identify mental health needs and develop treatment plans
  • Provide individual, couples, family, and group therapy services
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated care
  • Document treatment progress and maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest research and developments in the field of mental health
  • Attend meetings and participate in ongoing training and professional development activities

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field
  • State licensure as a therapist or counselor
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience working with diverse populations

Primary Care Physician

Job Description

We are looking for a PCP who will work with the psychiatrists to support the whole well being of patients of IBHM.

Responsibilities

  • Providers will be responsible for meeting, assessing and diagnosing patients via telehealth/in-person and providing them with healthcare services that meet the applicable standard of care.
  • Will be responsible for prescribing patients with appropriate medication, health regimes and lifestyle adjustments that will contribute to their recovery from diagnosed health issues, prevent future health issues and/or promote a healthier life.
  • Patient Age range 18+ and Adolescent.
  • Referral to services appropriate for patient needs such as acupuncture, chiropractor, physical therapy etc.
  • Working hours will be flexible, however between Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 6 PM PST is preferred.
