Andrea Lee is a psychiatric nurse practitioner who blends conventional psychiatry with integrative and functional medicine approaches to treat the whole person's mind, body, and spirit. Before entering mental health, she spent over a decade designing cancer care programs that supported patients and families through some of life’s most emotionally complex moments. These experiences shaped how she practices now: with clarity, respect, and a deep understanding of what it means to face hard things. She works with adults facing depression, anxiety, trauma, ADHD, existential distress, and the effects of chronic stress. Her approach blends insight-driven therapy that explores patterns, resistance, and internal conflict with the structure and strategies needed to create meaningful change. Andrea provides flexible, confidential telehealth/virtual appointments to patients across California.
Andrea’s passion is the process by which change occurs and how to help others clear a path to achieve it. Her approach is grounded in integration, looking beyond symptoms to see how the mind, body, and environment mutually shape one another. She collaborates with patients to determine the best tools for their healing journey. Sometimes medications are helpful, but so are targeted supplements, therapy, nervous system work, or shifts in sleep, nutrition, and stress patterns. Her role is to bring clarity to the complexity, offer treatment options, and create a space for the change you wish to see.
