Anxiety: Common Questions About Stress, Worry, and Overthinking

What is anxiety?

Anxiety is something most people deal with at some point.

It usually feels like constant worrying or a sense that something isn’t quite right - even if you can’t explain why. Sometimes it shows up when you’re under pressure, and other times it just comes out of nowhere.

It becomes a problem when it starts happening often or feels hard to switch off.

What does anxiety actually feel like?

Things like:

  • Getting enough sleep

  • Cutting down on caffeine

  • Moving your body regularly

  • Taking breaks from screens

They don’t work overnight, but over time, they help you feel more balanced.

You don’t have to wait until it feels “serious” to take it seriously.
